SUPPORTING A CONTRACTUAL AGREEMENT WITH THE TEXAS WATER
COMMISSION AND THE NORTH CENTRAL TEXAS COUNCIL OF
GOVERNMENTS TO RECEIVE GRANT FUNDS
WHEREAS, the City of Euless will comply with the provisions of the
financial assistance program and the fiscal reimbursement and
reporting requirements of the Texas Water Commission and the State
of Texas and the North Central Texas Council of Governments; and
WHEREAS, the funds will be used only for the purposes for which
they are provided; and
WHEREAS, the proposed project is in compliance with and supports
the adopted NCTCOG regional solid waste management plan
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED that the Euless City Council
supports the contractual agreement between the City of Euless and
the Texas Water Commission for the fulfillment of the goals
specified by the project: COLLECTING USED OIL IN EULESS:
PUBLIC /PRIVATE VENTURE WITH CHIEF AUTO PARTS.
APPROVED AND ADOPTED at a regular meeting of the City Council of
the City of Euless, Texas, on the 14th day of September
1993, by a vote of 5 ayes, 0 nays, and 0 abstentions.
