A RESOLUTION AUTHORIZING TARRANT COUNTY TO
ELECTRONICALLY TRANSFER AD VALOREM RECEIPTS TO
THE CITY'S BANK DEPOSITORY ACCOUNT
WHEREAS, The City of Euless has negotiated a contract with
Tarrant County to bill and collect ad valorem taxes; and
WHEREAS, Section I of the contract with Tarrant County allows
for electronic transfer of ad valorem tax receipts on a daily
basis; and
WHEREAS, Tarrant County requires City Council approval of
such transfer;
NOW THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED that City Council authorizes
Tarrant County to electronically transfer City of Euless ad valorem
tax receipts to City's bank account as follows:
