SUPPORTING A CONTRACTUAL AGREEMENT WITH THE TEXAS
NATURAL RESOURCE CONSERVATION COMMISSION AND THE STATE
OF TEXAS TO RECEIVE GRANT FUNDS
WHEREAS, the City of Euless will comply with the provisions of the fiscal reimbursement
and reporting requirements of the TNRCC and the State of Texas;
WHEREAS, the grant funds awarded will be used only for the purposes for which they are
provided; and
WHEREAS, the proposed project is in compliance with and supports the adopted NCTCOG
regional solid waste management plan
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED that the Euless City Council supports the contractual
agreement between the City of Euless and the Texas Natural Resource Conservation
Commission for the fulfillment of the goals specified by the project: MINI MOBILE MRF:
HANDS -ON RECYCLING FOR KIDS.
APPROVED AND ADOPTED at a regular meeting of the City Council of the City of Euless,
Texas, on the 8th day of February , 1994, by a vote of 6 ayes, 0 nays,
and 0 abstentions.
