SUPPORTING THE EXECUTION OF AN INTERLOCAL CONTRACTUAL
AGREEMENT FOR THE APPLICATION OF FUNDS AWARDED BY THE
TEXAS NATURAL RESOURCE CONSERVATION COMMISSION AND THE
STATE OF TEXAS TO THE CITY OF EULESS
WHEREAS, the City of Euless will comply with the provisions of the fiscal reimbursement
and reporting requirements of the Texas Natural Resource Conservation Commission and
the State of Texas as dictated by the North Central Texas Council of Governments;
WHEREAS, the grant funds awarded will be used only for the purposes for which they are
provided; and
WHEREAS, the proposed project is in compliance with and supports the adopted North
Central Texas Council Of Governments regional solid waste management plan
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED that the Euless City Council supports the contractual
agreement between the City of Euless, the Texas Natural Resource Conservation Commission
and the North Central Texas Council of Governments for the fulfillment of the goals
specified by the project: Making It Easier, Making It Work: Apartment Recycling in
Euless (TNRCC Contract/Project #50G07).
APPROVED AND ADOPTED at a regular meeting of the City Council of the City of Euless,
Texas, on the 9th day of August , 1994, by a vote of 7 ayes, 0 nays,
and 0 abstentions.
