A RESOLUTION SUPPORTING THE APPLICATION MADE BY THE CITY
OF EULESS TO THE TEXAS NATURAL RESOURCE CONSERVATION
COMMISSION FOR A USED OII. COLLECTION CENTER.
WHEREAS, the City of Euless affirms to the Texas Natural Resource Conservation
Commission (TNRCC) that it will comply with all provisions of the fiscal reimbursement and
reporting requirements of the TNRCC and the state of Texas.
WHEREAS, any monies awarded to the City of Euless to fund the project: Used Oil
Collection in Euless will be used only for the purpose for which the funds are provided.
WHEREAS, the proposed project: Used Oil Collection in Euless is in compliance with
and supports the North Central Texas Council of Governments regional solid waste
management plan.
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED, the City of Euless affirms to the TNRCC its support
of the program Used Oil Collection in Euless identified in this proposal.
APPROVED AND ADOPTED at a regular meeting of the Euless City Council on the 13th
day of September ,1994.
