AUTHORIZING THE EXECUTION OF EASEMENT AND RIGHT-OF-WAY,
WAIVER OF ACQUISITION COMPENSATION/DONATION, AFFIDAVIT AS
TO DEBTS, LIENS, POSSESSION AND TAXES DOCUMENTS, THE
ACCEPTANCE OF A QUIT CLAIM DEED, AND THE EXECUTION OF A
PERMIT TO CONSTRUCT, OPERATE AND MAINTAIN BEAR CREEK
RELIEF INTERCEPTOR PIPELINE, SEGMENT BC -B, PARCELS #1 AND #3
WHEREAS, the Trinity River Authority of Texas, in conjunction with the Central Regional
Wastewater System, has initiated a much - needed public service project, "Bear Creek Relief
Interceptor Project ", hereinafter identified as "Project "; and
WHEREAS, the "Project" will provide sanitary sewer and erosion control facilities necessary to
the health and welfare of the citizens of Euless;
WHEREAS, the City of Euless agrees to grant the necessary easement and right -of -way;
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED that the Euless City Council hereby authorizes the
Mayor of the City of Euless to execute and/or accept in the name of the City of Euless all
documents necessary for the implementation of the "Project."
APPROVED AND ADOPTED at a regular meeting of the City Council of the City of Euless,
Texas on the 27th day of September , 1994, by a vote of 7 ayes,
0 nays and 0 abstentions.
