AUTHORIZING THE EXECUTION OF EASEMENT AND RIGHT-OF-WAY,
WAIVER OF ACQUISITION COMPENSATION/DONATION, AFFIDAVIT AS
TO DEBTS, LIENS, POSSESSION AND TAXES, SOLICITATION AND
PERMIT DOCUMENTS TO CONSTRUCT, OPERATE AND MAINTAIN THE
WEST FORK RELIEF INTERCEPTOR PROJECT
SEGMENT WF D (HURRICANE CREEK),
WHEREAS, the Trinity River Authority of Texas, in conjunction with the Central Regional
Wastewater System, has initiated a much - needed public service project, "West Fork Relief
Interceptor Project ", hereinafter identified as "Project "; and
WHEREAS, the "Project" will provide wastewater facilities necessary to the health and welfare
of the citizens of Euless;
WHEREAS, the City of Euless agrees to grant the necessary easement and right -of -way;
NOW THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED that the Euless City Council hereby authorizes the
Mayor of the City of Euless to execute in the name of the City of Euless all documents necessary
for the implementation of the "Project."
APPROVED AND ADOPTED at a regular meeting of the City Council of the City of Euless,
Texas on the 9th day of May , 1995, by a vote of 7 ayes,
0 nays and 0 abstentions.
