A JOINT RESOLUTION OF THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF EULESS,
TEXAS, AUTHORIZING THE EULESS PUBLIC LIBRARY TO IMPLEMENT
RECIPROCAL LIBRARY SERVICES WITH THE CITY OF BEDFORD; WAIVING THE
NON - RESIDENT USER FEES; AND PROVIDING AN EFFECTIVE DATE.
WHEREAS, the City of Euless Public Library wishes to provide
library borrowing privileges to residents of Bedford in exchange
for the City of Bedford Public Library providing library borrowing
privileges to Euless residents; and
WHEREAS, it is the finding of the governing bodies of the
Cities of Euless and Bedford that reciprocal library borrowing
privileges would be beneficial for residents of both cities; and
WHEREAS, the Euless Public Library wishes to waive the non-
resident user fees for residents of Bedford and the Bedford Public
Library wishes to waive the non - resident user fees for the
residents of Euless.
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY
OF EULESS, TEXAS;
Section 1. That the Euless City Council hereby authorizes the
Euless Public Library to implement reciprocal library borrowing
services with the City of Bedford Public Library until either city
gives thirty (30) days notice of implementation of non- resident
user fees.
Section 2. The Euless City Council hereby waives the Euless
Public Library's non - resident user fees for the residents of
Bedford.
Section 3. That this resolution shall take effect immediately
from and after its passage by the City of Euless and acceptance by
the City of Bedford.
PASSED AND APPROVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF EULESS,
TEXAS on this the 24th day of October , 1995.

BEDFORD PUBLIC LIBRARY TO IMPLEMENT RECIPROCAL LIBRARY SERVICES WITH THE CITY OF
EULESS; WAIVING THE NON - RESIDENT USER FEES; AND PROVIDING AN EFFECTIVE DATE.
