AUTHORIZING THE EXECUTION OF EASEMENT AND
RIGHT -OF -WAY, WAIVER OF ACQUISITION
COMPENSATION/DONATION, AND AFFIDAVIT AS TO
DEBTS, LIENS, POSSESSION AND TAXES DOCUMENTS FOR
THE REHABILITATION, OPERATION AND MAINTENANCE
OF EXISTING TRINITY RIVER AUTHORITY METER
STATIONS WITHIN THE CENTRAL REGIONAL
WASTEWATER SYSTEM (PROJECT IV).
WHEREAS, the Trinity River Authority of Texas, in conjunction with the Central Regional
Wastewater System, has initiated a much - needed rehabilitation project on existing meter stations
in its service area, hereinafter identified as "Project "; and
WHEREAS, the "Project" will improve the function of existing TRA facilities necessary to the
health and welfare of the citizens of Euless; and
WHEREAS, the City of Euless agrees to grant the necessary easements and rights -of -way;
NOW THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED that the Euless City Council hereby authorizes the
Mayor of the City of Euless to execute in the name of the City of Euless all documents necessary
for the implementation of the "Project," subject to the approval of the City Attorney.
APPROVED AND ADOPTED at a regular meeting of the City Council of the City of Euless,
Texas on the 10th day of October , 1995, by a vote of 5 ayes, 0 nays and
0 abstentions.
