A RESOLUTION APPOINTING THE HEALTH
OFFICER FOR THE CITY OF EULESS, TEXAS
WHEREAS, V.T.C.A., Health and Safety Code, Section 121.021, provides for the
appointment of a qualified physician to serve as a Health Authority to
administer the state and local laws relating to public health within the
appointing body's jurisdiction.
NOW THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF
EULESS, TEXAS:
That Dr. Robert E. Tafel, M.D. is hereby officially appointed and confirmed to serve
as Health Authority for the City of Euless, Texas, commencing January 1, 1996, for a
term of two (2) years, expiring December 31, 1997, with successive terms by appointment
of the City Council.
PRESENTED AND PASSED on this the 24th day of October , 1995, by a
vote of 6 ayes and 0 nays at a regular meeting of the City Council of the City
of Euless, Texas.
