A RESOLUTION OF THE EULESS CITY COUNCIL
APPROVING THE INITIAL BUDGET OF THE EULESS
MUNICIPAL CRIME CONTROL AND PREVENTION DISTRICT.
WHEREAS, at an election held within the City of Euless on November 7, 1995,
the voters approved a proposition creating the Euless Municipal Crime Control and
Prevention District; and
WHEREAS, the Board of Directors of said District has adopted an initial budget
for said District, for the remainder of the 1995 -1996 fiscal year; and
WHEREAS, said budget has been submitted to the Euless City Council for its
review and approval as provided by law; and
WHEREAS, upon review of said proposed budget, the Euless City Council finds
and determines that said budget should be approved.
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY
OF EULESS, TEXAS:
That the proposed budget of the Euless Municipal Crime Control and Prevention
District for the remainder of fiscal year 1995 -1996, as submitted by the Board of
Directors of said District, be and the same is hereby approved by the City Council of
the City of Euless, Texas.
PASSED AND APPROVED by the City Council of the City of Euless, Texas, and
effective, on this 23rd day of April , 1996.
