WORK SESSION MINUTES
CALL TO ORDER
A work session meeting of the Housing and Structure Board was called to order by
Chairman Ruby Anne Crites at 6:00 p.m. on March 1, 2012, in the Precouncil Conference
Room at City Hall, 201 North Ector Drive. Those present included Chairman, Ruby Anne
Crites, Vice -Chairman, Steve Ellis, Board Members Robert Woolridge, Linda Eilenfeldt,
and Alternate Board Members Ronald Dunckle, and Clarence Moore.
STAFF PRESENT:
Mike Collins, Director of Planning and Economic Development
Steven Cook, Senior Planner
Alicia Davenport, Administrative Secretary
WORK SESSION DISCUSSION ITEMS
Discussion ensued regarding Open Government Laws, review of Chapter 14, "Buildings
and Building Regulations of the City of Euless Code of Ordinances, and the Minimum
Housing Inspection Program.

There being no further business, the meeting was adjourned.
