AUTHORIZING THE EXECUTION OF A CONTRACT FOR ENGINEERING
SERVICES FOR THE DESIGN OF UTII.TTY RELOCATIONS ON F.M. 157
BETWEEN S.H. 183 AND S.H. 121
WHEREAS, the Texas Department of Transportation (TxDOT) and the City of Euless
desire to design and construct paving and drainage improvements to F.M. 157; and
WHEREAS, the City of Euless is responsible for accomplishing utility relocations
hereinafter identified as the "Project ", prior to the construction of said improvements; and
WHEREAS, the City of Euless must negotiate a contract for engineering services for the
design of the Project; and
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED the Euless City Council hereby authorizes the
City Manager for the City of Euless to execute an engineering services contract in the name of
the City of Euless.
APPROVED AND ADOPTED at a regular meeting of the City Council of the City of Euless,
Texas, on the 22nd day of October , 1996, by a vote of 6 ayes, 1 nays
and 0 abstentions.
