RESOLUTION NO. 98-995
REAUTHORIZING BID NO. 97-60 FOR A MIDSIZE
FORKLIFT TRUCK AND AUTHORIZING LEASE
WITH AMERICAN BANK
WHEREAS, the City of Euless desires to enter into a lease agreement for a midsize
forklift truck with American Bank; and
WHEREAS, on February 24, 1998, the City Council approved Bid No. 97 -60 for a
midsize forklift truck;
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED the Euless City Council hereby authorizes a
lease with American Bank for a forklift truck and this Resolution will serve as Exhibit B
to the Lease Agreement between the City of Euless and American Bank.
APPROVED AND ADOPTED at a regular meeting of the City Council of the City of
Euless, Texas, on the 14th day of April, 1998, by a vote of ayes, nays, and
abstentions.
