A RESOLUTION OF THE CITY OF EULESS
DESIGNATING THE OFFICIAL NEWSPAPER.
WHEREAS, pursuant to the provisions of Government Code 2051.49, it is
provided that the City Council shall select one or more newspapers to
publish official notices.
NOW THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE
CITY OF EULESS, TEXAS:
That the Fort Worth Star Telegram is hereby designated as the official
newspaper of the City of Euless, Tarrant County, Texas, and all ordinances,
legal notices and other matters required by the Laws of the State of Texas,
or by the Charter of the City, or by ordinance of the City shall be published
therein.
ADOPTED by the City Council of the City of Euless, this the 28th day of
April, 1998.
