CALL TO ORDER
A Special Called meeting of the Euless City Council was called to order by Mayor Linda
Martin at 5:34 p.m. on Monday, January 13, 2025, in the Precouncil Conference Room of
Euless City Hall, 201 North Ector Drive, Euless, Texas. Those present included Mayor
Linda Martin, Mayor Pro Tem Tika Paudel, and Council Members Tim Stinneford, Jeremy
Tompkins, Eddie Price, Perry Bynum, and Annabel Eads.

City Secretary / Chief Governance Officer Kim Sutter
CLOSED SESSION
The Euless City Council convened in Closed Session at 5:36 p.m. as authorized by Section
551.074 of the Texas Government Code to deliberate the appointment, employment,
evaluation, reassignment, duties discipline, or dismissal of a public officer or employee
related to:
• City Secretary
• City Manager
ADJOURNMENT
The meeting was reconvened into open session and adjourned at 8:06 p.m.
