AN ORDINANCE AMENDING ORDINANCE NO. 33 IDENTIFIED AS THE
TEMPORARY COMPREHESIVE ZONING ORDINACE OF THE CITY OF
EULESS, TEXAS; PROVIDING FOR CHANGE OF DESIGNATION IN
CERTAIN AREA AND AMENDING; ZONING MAP TO CONFORM WITH SUCH
AMENDMENT; AND PROVIDING FOR AN EFFECTIVE DATE.
WHEREAS, the Zoninig Commission of the City of :Euless, rexas,-. sitar con.
sideration of application from the owner of real property herein described,
situated within said Cityi and having held public hearing thereon* in which
all interested owners of property in the vicinity of said realty were given
ample and sufficient opportunity to be heard in connection with said appli+m
catiom, have recommended to the City Council a change in designation of said
tract, and as by law provided publication of notice of final bearing on said
recommendation to be held Ltfore the City Council was had by publishing same
in the Wd-City News, the official Newspaper of the City on the 24thday of
July, 19580, and after said public hearing being held in accordance with
said notice in which all owners of property in the City of Euless, 'Texaso,
were ivea ample and sufficient opportunity to be heard$ the City 'Council
deeme it to the best interest of said City and its inhabitants that such
recommendation ae approved,

IT is hereby ordered that the official district zoning Map of the City
of Euless, texas, Loing a part of Ordinance No, 33# be amended to read as
follows$
That the designation of Lot Twenty+three (23), Block Thirteen (13)=
and Lots F-.urteen (14), Fifteen (13), Sixteen (16), Seventeen (17),
Aighteen ( 18) and Nineteen (14) in Block Four (4), BELL RANG TBRAA:B
ADDITION to the City of Euless, Tarrant +County, Texas, now zoned "A"
Single Family Dwelling, opted by J. S. Anderson and Joe Umphress, be and
is hereby changed from "A" Single Fancily DWolling District to "C!- Como.
mercial District.
