AN ORDINANCE AMENDING ORDINANCE NO. 33 IDENTIFIED AS THE
TEMPORARY COMPREHENSIVE ZONING ORDINANCE OF THE CITY OF
EULESS, TEXAS: PROVIDING FOR CHANGE OF DESIGNATION IN
CERTAIN AREA AND AMENDING ZONING MAPTO CONFORM WITH SUCH
AMENDMENT; AND PROVIDING FOR AN EFFECTIVE DATE.
WHEREP�S, the Zoning Commission of the City of Euless, Texas, after
consideration of application from -the owner of real property heroin des-
cribed, situated within said City, and having; held public hearing thereon
in which all interested owners of property in the vicinity of said realty
were given ample-and sufficient opportunity to be heard in connection wit
said application, have recommended to the City Council a change in dosig•-
nation of said tract, and as by law provided publication of notice of fir,
hearing on said recommendation to be held before the City Council was had
by publishing same in the Vid -City- News, the official TTowspaper of the
City on the 14th day of August, 1958, and after said public hearing boing
hold in accordance with said notice in which all owners of property in th
City of Euless, Texas, were given amplo and sufficiont opportunity to be
heard, the City Council dooms it to the best interest of said City and it
inhabitants that such rocormacndation be approved.
NO'77, THEREFORE, BE IT ORDAINED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF
EULESS, TE9u'.S:

It is hereby ordered tYn t the official district Zoning Map of the
City of Euless, Texas, being c part of Ordinance No. 330 be amended to
road as follows:
That'the designation of Lots ton (10), Eleven (11) and Twelve
(12), Block One (1); Lots Tine (9), Ten (10) and Eleven (11),
Block Three (3); and Lots Ono (1) thro ught Eight (8) inclusive,
Block Four (4); all in Arnett Addition to the City of Euless,
Tarrant•County, Texas; accroding to plat recorded in Book 388 -1,
Page 230 Deed Records, Tarrant County, Texas, now zoned "A" Si.ngl
Family Dwelling, be zoned "C" Commercial District,

THIS O,?DIT.TI.NCE shall be in full force and effect from and after
the date of its passage as by law provided.
