AN ORDINANCE AMENDING ORDINANCE NO. 33 IDENTIFIED AS THE
TEMPORARY COMPREHENSIVE ZONING ORDINANCE OF THE CITY OF
EULESS, TEXAS: PROVIDING FOR CHANGE OF DESIGNATION IN
CERTAIN AREA AND AMENDING ZONING MAP TO CONFORM WITH SUCH
AMENDMENT: AND PROVIDING FOR AN EFFECTIVE DATE.
WHEREAS, the Zoning Commission of the City of Euless, Texas, afte
consideration of application from the owner of real property herein
described, situated within said City, and h ^ving held public hearing
thereon, in which all interested owners of property in the vicinity of
said realty were given ample and sufficient opportunity to be heard
in connection with said application, have recommended to the City
Council a change in designation of said tract, and as by law provided
publication of notice of final hearing on said recommendation to be
hold before the City Council was had by publishing same in the Mid =Cit
News, the official Newspaper of the City on the 14th day of August,
1958, and after said public hearing being held in accordance with said
notice in which all owners of property in the City of Euless.. Texas,
were given ample and sufficient opportunity to be heard, the City
Council deems it to the best interest of said City and its inhabitants
that such recommendation be approved.
NOW THEREFORE, BE IT ORDAINED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY :OF
EULESS , TEX,Z :

It is hereby ordered that the official district Zoning Map of the
City of Euless, Texas, being a part of Ordinance No. 33, be amended tc
read as follows:
That the designation of the following described property:
TRACT ONE: eing a tract of land out of the J.P. Halford Survey,
Tarrant County, Texas, and BEGINNING at a point in the West lin<
of North Main Street (The Euless-Grapovino Road) in the present
line of the City Limits, said beginning point being 404.6 feet
South 00 dog. 35 min. West from the Southeast corner of the Mid-
way Park Addition to the City of Euless, Texas;
THENCE South 00 dog. 35 min. West 300.0 feet;
THENCE North 89 deg. 25 min. West 300.0 foot;
THENCE North 00 dog; 35 min. East 150;0 feet;
THENCE South 88 dog. 33 min. East 159.0 foot;
THENCE North 00 dog. 35 min. East 150.0 feet;
THENCE South 38 dog. 33 min. East 150.0 feet to the point of
beginning.
TRACT TWO: Being a tract of land out of the J.P. Halford Survey
Tarrant County, Texas, and BEGINNING at a point in the West line
of North Main Street (The Euless- Grapevine Road) in the present
line of the City Limits, said beginning point being 764.6 feet
South 00 deg.

THENCE South 88 dog♦ 33 min• East 30940 feet to,the place of
beginning; now zoned "A" Single Family Dwelling, owned by Midway
Park Developers, Joint Venturers, be and is hereby ehanged'from
"A" Single Family Dwelling, to "B" Local Business District.

THIS ORDINANCE shall be in full force and offect from and after
the date of its passage as by law provided.
