THE STATE OF TEXAS
COUNTY OF TARRANT
CITY OF EULESS
I, the undersigned, City Secretary of the City of Euless,
Texas, do hereby certify that the attached and foregoing is a
true and correct copy of a Resolution and Order adopted by the
City Council of the said City at a meeting held on the 19th
day of April, 1975, which Resolution and Order is of record in
the official minutes of said City Council, Volume 14, Page 11.
I further certify that also attached hereto is a true and
correct copy of the amendments so adopted to the Charter of
the City of Euless.
further certify that also attached hereto is Ordinance
No. 482 providing for the submission of a charter amendment or
amendments together with the minutes pertaining to the adoption
of such ordinance, and further certify that City of Euless Notice
of Election was published in a newspaper of general circulation
within said City once a week for two consecutive weeks.
