January 13, 2025
CALL TO ORDER
The meeting was called to order at 10:OOam by Chairperson Suzy McCormick at the Heritage
Museum, Euless.
MEMBERS PRESENT
Randy Byers, Patsy Hoover, Mary Hunt, Keith Jernigan, Suzy McCormick, Anniece McKanna, Jud
Park, James Park, Gary Parker, Linda Pool, Joe Robinson, Norma Runyon, Faye Stinneford, and
Mavy Wright.
STAFF PRESENT
Parks and Community Services - Duane Strawn and Parks & Community Services Administrative
Secretary -Jodie Dunn.
VISITORS PRESENT
None
APPROVAL OF MINUTES
Joe Robinson made a motion to accept the December minutes, seconded by Mary Hunt. With
unanimous approval, the motion carried.
TREASURER'S REPORT
The beginning balance effective today is $7,323.33. There was a donation of $721. The ending
balance effective January 13 is $8,044.33.
STATUS OF CURRENT PROJECTS
1. Docents and Volunteer Report/Recruitment— Linda Pool circulated the docent signup sheets
for February and March. She reminded the members that docents will not be needed in the
Fuller House due to renovations. Mention was made about a concern that no docents were
on -site at the opening of the buildings — our docents will plan to arrive earlier in the future.
2. Acquisition —no report.
3. Facebook—Linda Pool stated she has been sharing posts to various groups on Facebook and e
encouraged members to share as well. She noted there was increasing followers to the
groups. She was excited to report she had found a connection to help with social media posts.
James Park suggested adding more photos to the online posts.
4. Plaque — up to date.
5. Display Signs— up to date.

7. Heritage Park —no report.
CHAIRMAN'S REPORT —
None
STAFF REPORT —
Mr. Strawn reminded members that the Fuller House will be closed for renovations. Any
members who can help with packing and moving furniture today would be greatly appreciated.

ADJOURNMENT
A motion was made by Gary Parker and seconded by James Park to adjourn the meeting. Ms.
McCormick declared the meeting adjourned at 10:15am.
