AN ORDINANCE AMENDING SECTION 1 1/2-12.14 "RECREATION" OF
CHAPTER 1 1/2 "SCHEDULE OF FEES" OF THE CODE OF RODINANCES,
CITY OF EULESS, TEXAS, TO REVISE AND ADD FEES; PROVIDING A
SEVERABILITY CLAUSE; PROVIDING A SAVING CLAUSE; AND
PROVIDING AN EFFECTIVE DATE.
I.
That Section 1 1/2- 12.14: "RECREATION" of Chapter 1 1/2, "SCRED= OF FEES"
of the Code of ordinances, City of Euless, Texas, as amended, be hereby amended
to hereafter be and read as follows:

(E) Euless - affiliated organizations. Small rooms available on a
first -come basis, but not on a regular schedule. This must be during
regular open hours so as not to require overtime pay for staff.
(F) Euless intra -city events. These functions and meetings can be worked
into the recreation schedule without a fee. however, as much advance
notice as possible is required to enable maxinum use of facilities and
allow consideration for paying participants.
(G) Gazebo, Pavilion and Amphitheater Rentals
(1) Sin=ns and McCormick Gazebos .................. $ 25.00
(2) Bear Creek Pavilion ............................ 25.00
(3) "Bears Den" ..... ............................... 50.00
(4) "Texas Outdoor Education Trail" Pavilion ....... 50.00

(h) Sports Associations Fees
(1) Require the associations to line the fields and be responsible
for the cost of the marking materials; or
(2) Allow the City to contract with any interested association for
the City to line the fields and be reimbursed by the association
at actual reinbursement cost; or

(3) Allan any association to pay a fee of $3.00 per participant
(resident and non- resident) for the City to line the fields with
the association reimbursing the City for marking materials.
Ii.
Severability Clause. That it is hereby declared to be the intention of the
City Council that the sections, paragraphs, sentences, clauses and phrases of
this ordinance are severable, and if any phrase, clause, sentence, paragraph or
section of this ordinance shall be declared invalid or unconstitutional by the
valid judgment or decree of any court of competent jurisdiction, such invalidity
or unconstitutionality shall not affect any of the remaining phrases, clauses,
sentences, paragraphs and sections of this ordinance, since the same would have
been enacted by the City Council without the incorporation in this ordinance of
any such invalid or unconstitutional phrase, clause, sentence, paragraph or
section.

Saving Clause. That Chapter 1 1/2 of the Code of Ordinances, City of
Euless, Texas, as amended, shall remain in full force and effect, save and
except as amended by this ordinance.
IV.
Effective Date. This ordinance shall be in full force and effect from the
after its passage and publication as provided by the Euless City Charter and the
laws of the State of Texas.
PRESENTED AND GIVEN FIRST AND FINAL READING at a regular meeting of the
Euless City Council on the 26th day of November, 1991; by a vote of 6 ayes, 0
nays and 0 abstentions.
