AN ORDINANCE CLOSING AND ABANDONING A CERTAIN UTILITY
EASEMENT LYING ALONG THE NORTH LINE OF TRACT 24, ALEXANDER
AND CULLUM SUBDIVISION OF A PART OF THE A. A. FULLER
ORIGINAL 80 -ACRE TRACT OUT OF THE A. J. HOWARD SURVEY,
ABSTRACT NO. 709 IN THE CITY OF EULESS, TARRANT COUNTY,
TEXAS
WHEREAS a five -foot utility easement along the North line of Tract 24,
of Alexander and Cullum Subdivision of a part of the A. A. Fuller Original
80 -acre tract out of the A. J. Howard Survey, Abstract No. 709, in the City
of Euless, Tarrant Coy- !.nty, Texas, has been abandoned y the City of Euless,
Texas for use as a utility easement; and
WHEREAS the maintaining of such easement will oe of no furtiier benefit
to the public and would serve no useful purpose.
THEREFORE, ue it ordained by the City Council of Euless, T,2xas:
SECTION I.
That the certain five -foot utility easement lying and situated along the
North line of Tract 24 of Alexander and Cullum Subdivision of a part of the A. A.
Fuller Original 80 -acre tract out of the A.J. Howard Survey, Abstract No. 709,
in the City of Euless, Tarrant County, Texas, e and the same is hereby abandoned,
closed and released.
