CALL TO ORDER
A special called meeting of the Euless City Council was called to order by Mayor Pro
Tem Tim Stinneford at 7:00 p.m. on Monday, August 4, 2025, in the Council Chambers
of City Hall, 201 North Ector Drive.
Those present included Mayor Pro Tem Tim Stinneford, Council Members Jeremy
Tompkins, Eddie Price, Perry Bynum, Annabel Eads, and Tika Paudel. Mayor Linda
Martin was not present.

PLEDGES OF ALLEGIANCE
Mayor Pro Tem Tim Stinneford led the pledges of allegiance to the flags of the United
States and Texas.
ITEM NO. 1. SET PUBLIC HEARING ON FY 2025-2026 PROPOSED CITY OF
EULESS BUDGET FOR AUGUST 12, 2025
Mayor Pro Tem Stinneford introduced the item.
Council Member Price motioned to set a public hearing for August 12, 2025, at 7 p.m. in
the Euless City Council Chambers regarding the proposed City of Euless Budget for
Fiscal Year 2025-2026.

Council Member Bynum seconded the motion.
Ayes: Mayor Pro Tem Stinneford, Council Members Tompkins, Price, Bynum,
Eads, and Paudel
Nays: None
Mayor Pro Tem Stinneford declared the motion carried.
ITEM NO. 2. PLACED A PROPOSAL TO ADOPT CITY OF EULESS AD
VALOREM TAX RATE ON THE AUGUST 18, 2025 AGENDA
Mayor Pro Tem Tim Stinneford introduced the item.
Council Member Bynum motioned to place a proposal to adopt the City of Euless
proposed Ad Valorem Tax Rate of 47.6466 cents per $100 of valuation on the August 18,
2025 City Council agenda.
Council Member Tompkins seconded the motion.
Ayes: Mayor Pro Tem Stinneford, Council Members Tompkins, Price, Bynum,
Eads, and Paudel
Nays: None
Mayor Pro Tem Stinneford declared the motion carried.
ITEM NO. 3. SET PUBLIC HEARING ON PROPOSED CITY OF EULESS AD
VALOREM TAX RATE, IF REQUIRED
Mayor Pro Tem Tim Stinneford introduced the item.
Council Member Eads motioned to set a public hearing on the Proposed City of Euless
Ad Valorem Tax Rate for August 18, 2025 City Council Agenda.
Council Member Paudel seconded the motion.
Ayes: Mayor Pro Tem Stinneford, Council Members Tompkins, Price, Bynum,
Eads, and Paudel
Nays: None
Mayor Pro Tem Stinneford declared the motion carried.
