OF THE CITY OF EULESS, TEXAS, PROVIDING FOR CHANGE OF DESIGNA- TION IN CERTAIN AREA AND AMENDING ZONING MAP TO CON - FORM WITH SUCH AMENDMENT: AND PROVIDING FOR AN EFFEC- TIVE DATE. 1JFiE'?EAS, the Zoning Commission of the City of Euless, after consideration of application from the owner of real property here- inafter described, situated within said City, and having held public hearing thereon, in which all interested owners of property in the vicinity of said realty were given ample and sufficient opportunity to be h-F rd in connection with said application, have recommended to the City Council a change in designation of said t -.act, and as by law provided publi ^ation of notice of final hearing on said re- commendation to be held before the City Council was had by publish- ing same in the Yid -City News, the official Newspaper of the City on the day of June, 1959, and after said public hearing being held in accordance with said notice in which all owners of property in the City of Euless, Texas were given ample and sufficient to be heard, the City Council deems it to the best interest of said City and its inhabitants that such recommendation be approved. N0640 THEREFORE, BE IT ORDAINED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF EULESS, TF,ZAS: I. IT IS HEREBY ordewed that the official district zoning Map of the City of Euless, Texas, being a part of Ordinance No. 33, be amended to read as follows: That the designation of Lots One (1) through Six (6) Inclusive, in Block Two (2), Lots One (1) through Three (3) inclusive, in Block Three (3), all in EULESS GARDENS ADDITION to the City of Euless, Tarrant County, Texas, Now zoned "A" Sin;le Family Dwelling, to be zoned "B" Local Business. I1' THIS ORDINANCE shall be in full force and effect from and after its passa,3e as by law provided. ADOPTED this 14th day of July, 1959.
