Section 2 - Statement of Intent and Purpose
"Euless BaseCamp" Planned Development District (hereinafter the "25-01-PD") is intended to establish a regulatory
framework and development standards for a unique recreational and community -focused facility. The PD is situated
within a transitional area between residential zoning and Neighborhood Commercial

Section 3 - 25-01-PD Development Standard
This is a proposal to rezone the subject property from C-1 Neighborhood District to PD Planned Development District
with a base zoning of C-2 Commercial Business District. The development standards of the Planned Development
zoning district shall be as defined by the Community Business District (C-2) zoning under Se
Unified Development Code as amended unless modified as follows:
