AN ORDINANCE AMENDING ORDINANCE NO. 33, IDENTIFIED AS
THE TEMPORARY COMPREHENSIVE ZONING ORDINANCE OF THE
CITY OF EULESS, TEXAS, PROVIDING FOR CHANGE OF DESIGNA-
TION IN CERTAIN AREA AND APENDING ZONING MAP TO CONFORM
WITH SUCH AMENDMENT; AND PROVIDING FOR AN EFFECTIVE DATE.
WHEREAS, THE Zoning Commission of the City of Euless, after
consideration of application from the owner of real property here-
inafter described, situated within said City, and having held public
hearing thereof, in wi,ich ?11 interested owners of property in the
-.-infinity of said realty were given ample opportunity to be heard in
connection with said application, have recommended to the City Council
a change in designation of said tract, and as by law provided publi-
cation of notice of final hearing on sand recommendation to be held
be °ore the Cite* Council was had by publishing the same in the Vid -City
News, the official newspaper of the City, on the II:M_ 'ay of June, 1959,
and after scid public hearing being held in accordance with said notice
in which all ownersof property in the City of Euless, Texas were ^riven
ample anc. sufficient opportunity to be heard, and the City Council
deems it to the best interest of said City end its inhabitants that
such recommendation be approved.

TULESS, TEXAS:

IT IS HEREBY ORDP_RED that the official district zoning map of the
City of Euless, Texas, being a part of Ordinance No. 33, be, and the
same is hereby amended to read as follows:
That the designation of the property described as follows:
