AN ORDINANCE AMENDING CHAPTER 30, SECTION 30.34 OF
THE CODE OF ORDINANCES, CITY OF EULESS; REPEALING
ALL ORDINANCES AND PARTS OF ORDINANCES IN
CONFLICT HEREWITH AND PROVIDING AN EFFECTIVE
DATE.
BE IT ORDAINED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF EULESS:
SECTION 1
THAT the schedule of miscellaneous charges for water services furnished or caused to be furnished by
the City as set out in Chapter 30, Section 30.34 of the Code of Ordinances, City of Euless, be the same
hereby amended to revise the following:
Service Initiation Fee ------- - - - - -- $15.00
SECTION 2
ALL ordinances or parts of ordinances in conflict with any provisions of this ordinance are hereby
repealed.
SECTION 3
EFFECTIVE DATE. This ordinance shall be in full force and effect from and after its passage and
publication as provided by the Euless City Charter and the laws of the State of Texas.
PRESENTED AND APPROVED on First and Final Reading at a regular meeting of the Euless City
council on the 27th day of September, 1994, by a vote of 7 ayes, 0 nays, and 0
abstentions.
