APPROVAL OF MINUTES
Due to a lack of quorum, there will be no formal business today
TREASURER'S REPORT
The beginning balance effective today is $8,416.33. There was an engraving expense of 89.40 and
a deposit of 521.00. The ending balance effective June 9 is $8,347.93. Ms. Wright advised a
donation of $200 Committee has been sent to Ash Lane Church for Helen Payton.
STATUS OF CURRENT PROJECTS
1. Docents and Volunteer Report/Recru itm ent-the group was reminded there would be no
meetings in July or August, but the museum would remain open as usual.
2. Acquisition-noreport.
Facebook-no report.
Plaque - Donations for Helen Payton can be sent to Mavy Wright or Jodie Dunn .
Display Signs - up to date.
6. Publicity/Programs/Speakers-no report.
7. Heritage Park- no report.

CALL TO ORDER
ln the absence of Chairperson Suzy McCormick, the meeting was called to order at 10:00am by
Mavy Wright at the Heritage Museum, Euless.
MEMBERS PRESENT
Randy Byers, Patsy Hoover, Keith Jernigan, Anniece McKanna, James Park, Jud Park, Norma
Runyon, Faye Stinneford, and Mavy Wright.
STAFF REPORT-
Ms. Maddox mentioned the upcoming Bridging Generations event at the Recreation Center on
July L2. Donations of photos, stories, and memorabilia will be accepted between 10-11:30am for
the time capsule. She also stated Euless Today newsletter will no longer be included in the water
bill; but it will be available online.
Mr. Strawn advised that the City is getting ready for leveling the foundation at the museum. Due
to liability, it is recommended that items be removed from the walls. Not sure how long the
museum will be closed or what guarantee there will be.
COMMITTEE REPORT / INPUT -
Randy Byers stated the graveside service for Helen Payton will be on June 10 at 11am. The family
will understand if our members are unable to attend.
