CALL TO ORDER
The meeting was called to order at 10:05am by Suzy McCormick at the Heritage Museum, Euless.
MEMBERS PRESENT
Mary Hunt, Keith Jernigan, Suzy Mccormick, Anniece McKanna, James Park, Jud Park, Gary Parker,
Faye Stinneford, and Mavy Wright.
STAFF PRESENT
Parks and Community Services Director - Duane Strawn; Parks & Community Services Assistant
Director - Ellzabeth Maddox; Jodie Dunn - PACS Administrative Secretary
VISITORS PRESENT
None
APPROVAT OF MINUTES
A motion was made by Faye Stinneford and seconded by James Park to approve the May 2025
minutes; the minutes were approved. A motion was made by Gary Parker and seconded by
James Park to approve the June 2025 minutes; minutes were approved.
TREASURER,S REPORT
The beginning balance effective today is $8,347.93. There was a 5400 expense: $200 to Ash Lane
MC for Helen Payton, S100 to Police Benevolent Fund for Don Martin, and SL00 for Fire
Department for Don Martin. A deposit of 5380.00 was made for the memorial plaque. The
ending balance as of September 8, 2025 was 58,327.93.
STATUS OF CURRENT PROJECTS
1. Docents and Volunteer Report/Recru itment-signu p sheets were circulated for upcoming
Open Houses.
2. Facebook-no report.
Plaque - a plaque was prepared for Helen Payton and Don Martin.
Display Signs - up to date.
5. Publicity/Programs/Speakers- M avy Wright mentioned she had recently picked up a brochure
about scamming and safeguarding against fraud sponsored at Bank of America in Bedford.
She hopes to set up a future meeting with our group.
6. Heritage Park-Gary Parker reported the AC and lights have been repaired.

CHAIRMAN'S REPORT-
None
STAFF REPORT-
Mr. Strawn advised that the City has approved cosmetic repairs on the foundation ofthe
museum. He also mentioned Greek Fest will be held on October 3-4. Also, Abba Band will be
performing this weekend. Trunk or Treat will be October 25.
