CALL TO ORDER
The meeting was called to order at 10:00am by Mavy Wright at the Heritage Museum, Euless.
MEMBERS PRESENT
Randy Byers, Patsy Hoover, Mary Hunt, Keith Jerni8an, Anniece McKanna, James Park, Jud Park,
Linda Pool, Norma Runyon, and Mavy Wright.
STAFF PRESENT
Parks and Community Services Director - Duane Strawn; Parks & Community Services Assistant
Director - Elizabeth Maddox; Jodie Dunn - PACS Administrative Secretary
APPROVAL OF MINUTES
Due to a lack of quorum, the minutes from May, lune, and September will be postponed until a
future meeting.
TREASURER,S REPORT
The beginning balance effective today is $8.327.93. There was a $37 expense for picture frame. A
deposit of $163.00 was made. The ending balance as of October L3,2025 is 58,453.93.
STATUS OF CURRENT PROJECTS
1. Docents and Volunteer Report/Recruitment-sign up sheets were circulated for upcoming
Open Houses.
2. Facebook-no report.
Plaque -up to date.
Display Signs - up to date.
5. Pu blicity/Programs/Speakers- M avy Wright introduced the speakers from Bank of America
who enlightened members of frauds and scams.
6. Heritage Park-no report.

VISITORS PRESENT
ln attendance, there were two representatives from Bank of America and a Wilshire resident
(Christie).
STAFF REPORT -
Upcoming City events: Trunk or Treat (Oct 25), Holiday in the Park (Nov 15), Parade of Lights (Dec
6), and Heritage Park Christmas (Dec 13). Therewasa brief discussion of the status of quorum
and membership. Our December meeting will be a luncheon held at Texas Star on Monday,
December 8.
COMMITTEE REPORT / INPUT -
Randy Byers announced there will be an upcoming dedication for Bill Byers at Calloway Cemetery
and for the BellTower at Ash Lane Unlted Methodist Church. Details have not be finalized, but an
Email will be sent to the members.
