AN ORDINANCE VACATING AND ABANDONING A
PORTION OF A 30 -FOOT DRAINAGE EASEMENT
LOCATED IN THE TALL TIMBERS ADDITION DECLARING
AN EFFECTIVE DATE.
The City Council of the City of Euless, Texas, after careful study and consideration, has
determined that the drainage easement hereinafter, specifically described, is not being
used by, or useful, nor convenient to the public in general; therefore, it constitutes a
public charge without a corresponding public benefit, and the public would be better
served and benefitted by its vacation and abandonment.
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT ORDAINED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF
EULESS, TEXAS, THAT:
SECTION 1
The portion of the drainage easement located in the Tall Timbers Addition, particularly
described in Exhibit No "1" and shown on Exhibit No. "2 ", attached hereto and made a
part hereof for all intents and purposes, is hereby vacated and abandoned as a drainage
easement.
SECTION 2
EFFECTIVE DATE. This ordinance shall become effective immediately from and after
its passage as provided by the Euless City Charter and the laws of the State of Texas.
PRESENTED AND GIVEN FIRST AND FINAL READING, and approved at a regular
meeting of the Euless City Council on the 10th day of January 1995;
by a vote of 7 ayes, 0 nays and 0 abstentions.

Being that portion of Tall Timbers Condominiums, Block 2, Lot 1 -R of Tall
Timbers Addition, City of Euless, Tarrant County, Texas
in the City of Euless, Tarrant County, Texas, and being more particularly
described as follows:

LEGAL DESCRIPTION
DRAINAGE EASEMENT ABANDONMENT
Being a part of Lot 1, Block 2 of TALL TIMBERS, an Addition
to the City of Euless, Tarrant County, Texas, according to
the Replat recorded in Volume 388 -168, Page 15, Plat
Records, Tarrant County, Texas,and being part of a 30' wide
drainage easement granted to the City of Euless, Texas as
recorded in Volume 6464, Page 388 of the Deed Records of
Tarrant County, Texas and being more particularly described
by metes and bounds as follows:
COMMENCING at a found P.K. Nail set in the West line of
Fuller -Wiser Road (a 60' Right -of -way), said point bears
North 00 degrees 29 minutes 05 seconds West a distance of
140.00 feet from the Southeast corner of Lot 31 -R, Block 3
of said Replat of Tall Timbers, said point also lying in
Sycamore Lane (a private street);
Thence, West, a distance of 176.26 feet, to the POINT OF
BEGINNING;
Thence, West, a distance of 30.00 feet to a point for
corner;
Thence, North 00 degrees 19 minutes 03 seconds West, a
distance of 159.92 feet to a point for corner;
Thence, North 89 degrees 40 minutes 57 seconds East, a
distance of 30.00 feet to a point for corner;
Thence, South 00 degrees 19 minutes 03 seconds East, a
distance of 160.09 feet to the POINT OF BEGINNING and
containing 4800 square feet or 0.1102 acres of land.
