AN ORDINANCE CLOSING AND ABANDONING A CERTAIN
UTILITY EASEMENT LYING ALONG THE NORTH LINE OF
LOT THREE (3) AND THE SOUTH LINE OF LOT FOUR (4),
IN BLOCK TWO (2), EULESS GARDENS ADDITION TO THE
CITY OF EULESS, TARRANT COUNTY, TEXAS
WHEREAS,an eigit -foot utility easement along the North line of
Lot Three (3), and the South line of Lot Four (4), in Block Two (2), Euless
Gardens Addition to the City of Euless, Tarrant County, Texas, has been aban-
doned by the City of Euless, Texas for use as a utility easement; and
WHEREAS the maintaining of such easement will be of no further
benefit to the public and would serve no useful purpose.
THEREFORE, be it ordained by the City Council of Euless, Texas:
SECTION I.
That the certain eight -foot utility easement lying and situated along
the North line of Lot Three (3), and the South line of Lot Four (4), in Block
Two (2), Euless Gardens Addition to the City of Euless, Tarrant County, Texas,
be and the same is hereby abandoned, closed and released.
Presented and passed on the day of September, 1959 at a�
meeting of the City Council of Euless, Texas, by vote of ayes and 0
nays, and it is so ordained.
