RE: Request for Review of Ballot Propositions
City of Euless, Texas — Charter Election
To whom it may concern:
Pursuant to its election order dated January 27, 2026, the City Council authorized
me to submit this request for review of ballot propositions for the upcoming May 2, 2026,
City Charter election. Submitted herewith are the proposed ballot propositions, the current
charter language, and the proposed charter revisions. I have asked our City Attorney to
work with your office to process this request and assist in resolving any issues related to
this request.
