Olson City Attorney City of Euless Taylor, Olson, Adkins, Sralla & Elam, LLP 6000 Western Place, Suite 200 Fort Worth, Texas 76107 Delivered via email to wolson@toase.com Hello, On January 28, 2026, our office received a request under Texas Election Code 273.101 to review 20 ballot propositions containing proposed city charter amendments under Local Government Code 9.004 for the City of Euless. Under Texas Election Code 273.101, on submission of a request for review of a ballot proposition by a registered voter of the city or an authorized representative of the city, our office is required to review the proposition to determine whether the proposition is misleading, inaccurate, or prejudicial, and to provide our determination to the city within seven days after the date the submission is received. Our office has completed our review of the 20 submitted ballot propositions, and are notifying the city by this letter of our determination regarding whether each of those propositions are misleading, inaccurate, or prejudicial. In our review, our office determined that none of the 20 submitted propositions are misleading, inaccurate, or prejudicial. Please note that our review is limited to determining whether the proposition language is misleading, inaccurate, or prejudicial. Texas Election Code 273.101 does not provide our office with the authority to determine whether the submitted proposition language generally complies with other provisions of Texas law, and our office does not express any formal opinion on that issue during this review process.
