Euless City Council
November 24, 1958
The Euless City Council met in regular
session on November 24, 1958, in lieu of their regular meeting on Tuesday
night. Present were Mayor Pro -tern Albert Tillery, Councilman Paul Horton,
Bobby Fuller, and W. 0. Murray.
A motion was made by Councilman Murray, and
seconded by Councilman Horton, to authorize the Chief of Police to get rid of
the old junk tires in the hose rack in the fire station, sell them if possible
if he can't sell them, give them away. All Councilmen present voted in favor
of this motion.

The City Councilmen discussed trying to get
merchants to put out more Christmas decorations than usual this year, also
any one else to see if \Ae can't make this a brighter and happier Christmas.
3.
A motion was made by Councilman Fuller, and
seconded by Counci man Murray, to authorize the Chief of Police to buy enough
paint to finish pa nting the city hall building inside and outside. The
Chief of Police stated the painting could be done by men working out fines. A I I
Councilmen present voted in favor of this motion.
The Council meeting adjourned at 8:20 p.m.
