Called Meeting
Euless City Council
December 3, 1958
The City Council met in a special called
meeting on December 3, 1958. Present were Mayor Pro -tem Albert Tillery,
Councilmen S. H. Cadenhead, Paul Horton, Bobby Fuller, and W. 0. Murray.
1.
A motion was made by Councilman Cadenhead,
and seconded by Councilman Fuller, to rescind item number 9 in the minutes of
the council meeting of November 21, 1958. Item number 9 is as follows:
A motion was made by Councilman Fuller and seconded by Councilman Murray,
that the Chief o f Police be given the authority t o b u i l d the City j a i l on
city property back of the council room. The vote in favor of rescinding this
item number 9 was unanimous.

A motion was made by Councilman Cadenhead,
and seconded by Councilman Fuller,
that
a contract be given to Lyn Gregory
to build
the city jail. The jail
to be
built four feet away from the existing
building
according to plan number
1 with
full payment of contract price of
$1150.00
to be paid when fully completed
and after final inspection. He is
to leave
the door and window as it
is in
the existing building. The vote in
favor of
this motion was unanimous.
