Euless City Council

The City Council met in regular session
on December 24, 1958, at 7:30 p.m. Present were Mayor Ernest M i l l i ca n , Jr
Councilmen Bobby Fuller, W. 0. Murray, and Albert Tillery.

A motion
was made by Councilman
T i l l e r y , and
seconded by
Councilman Fuller, that the plat
of Oak Crest Estates,
as submitted
by the Great
Southwest Investment
Company,
be approved with the understanding
that they are
to furnish the City
of Euless
a performance bond and
a two year
maintenance
bond on approximately
350 feet
on Huitt Lane dedicated
to the City
of Euless.

favor of this motion.

A motion was made by Councilman Murray, and
seconded by

Fuller, that Ordinance No. 107, annexing Midway Park
Addition
No.
2, be approved
and
adopted.
Midway Park Addition No. 2 consists

A motion was made by Councilman Tillery,
and seconded by Councilman Fuller, that the City of Euless pay two invoices
from Sargent-Sowell Inc., in the amount of $275.74 covering street signs
ordered for the City of Euless. All Councilmen present voted in favor of this
motion.

that the plat submitted
by Midway Park
Developers on Midway Park Addition No. 2 be approved. A l l Councilmen present
voted in
favor of this motion.

A motion was made by
Councilman Murray, and
seconded
by Councilman T i l l e r y ,
that the C i t y of Euless
pay b i l l of costs
statement
from the 96th District
Court No. 5389 - C - Ralph
Homer Henslee, et
al., for
$12.65. All Councilmen
present voted in favor
of this motion.
5.
A motion was made by Councilman Tillery,
and seconded by Councilman Fuller, that the City of Euless pay two invoices
from Sargent-Sowell Inc., in the amount of $275.74 covering street signs
ordered for the City of Euless. All Councilmen present voted in favor of this
motion.
