She warmly welcomed the members in attendance. MEMBERS PRESENT James Fuller, Elaine Green, Patsy Hoovei Keith Jernigan, Anniece McKanna, Amy Mclntyre, Negin Pahlavan, Jud Park, Gary Parker, Linda pool, Joe Robinson, Norma Runyon, Faye Stinneford, Brandon Van Wyk, and Mavy Wright. STAFF PRESENT Parks and Community Services Director - Duane Strawn; PACS Administrative Assistant - Jodie Du nn. VISITORS PRESENT None APPROVAT OF MINUTES A motion was made by Faye stinneford to approve the December minutes, seconded by Brandon Van Wyk. There was unanimous approval, and the motions carried. TREASURER'S REPORT The beginning balance effective today is 58,384.13. There were no expenses or deposits. The ending balance is 58,384.13 as of January 12,2026. STATUS OF CURRENT PROJECTS L. Docents and Volunteer Report/Recruitment-sign up sheets were circulated for upcoming Open Houses. 2. Facebook- Ms. Pool acknowledged and thanked Brandon Van Wyk for his assistance with the new Facebook page; she encouraged everyone to share the page with their friends and family. Plaque - up to date. Display Signs - up to date. 6. Heritage Park-no report. Gary Parker requested grease be added to the windmill. Mr. Strawn would advise the maintenance crew. 3 4 HPC MTG 01122026 - Page 1 of 2 5. Pu blicity/Programs/Speakers - no upcoming speakers. CHAIRMAN'S REPORT- None STAFF REPORT - Mr. Strawn advised there was a change in janitorial services; crew will dust, clean restrooms and floors, and facilities. All requests for service shou ld be d irected to Jodie Du nn. He encouraged everyone to attend the upcoming Town Hall on January 15. COMMITTEE REPORT / INPUT - Several members commented on signage for the museum for Open House, Tshirts and badges, and removal/storage of holiday decorations. Some items are being safely stored in the Fuller House refrigerator. There are still plans for restructuring ofthe Historical Presentation Com mittee. ADJOURNMENT Norma Runyon made a motion to adjourn the meeting; seconded by Faye Stinneford. The meeting adjourned at 10:30am.
