given to you by Weaver and Tidwell, L.L.P., at to night's City Council meetings. This filing meets
requirements as established in City of Euless Charter Article VII. Finance, Section 11 Independent
Audit and Local Government Code Chapter 103 Title 4. Finances, Subtitle A. Municipal Finances,
Chapter 103. Audit of Municipal Finances.

Public Notice of Audit
Weaver and Tidwell, L.L.P., a firm of licensed certified public accountants, has issued an unmodified ("clean") opinion on
the City of Euless financial statements for the year ended September 30, 2025. The report fulfills the requirements of
state law and the City's home rule charter. A complete copy of the Annual Comprehensive Financial Report is on file in
