AN ORDINANCE AMENDING ORDINANCE NO. 89 , ARTICLE
ONE, SUBSECTION 1.01; AND PROVIDING FOR AN EFFECTIVE
DATE.
BE IT ORDAINED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF EULESS, TEXAS:
Section 1.
THAT, Ordinance No. J t/ , Article One, Subsection 1.01 (fiscal year)
be amended to read as follows:
The fiscal year of the City of Euless, Texas, for accounting
and budgeting purposes shall begin on the first day of October
of each calendar year, beginning October 1, 1960, and shall
terminate on the 30th day of September of each next succeeding
calendar year.
Section 2.
THIS Ordinance shall be effective and in full force and effect from
and after its adoption.
