This Charter Amendment Election includes twenty proposition amendments to the Euless Home Rule Charter. The City Charter was adopted by the citizens of Euless in an election held on July 21, 1962, and was last amended in 1995. The Euless City Council, City staff, and the City Attorney have reviewed the current Charter and identified several occurrences where the current language is in conflict with State law and/or changes are recommended. Residents can view the official ballot language as well as a summary for each amendment by visiting www.eulesstx.gov/elections. The voting location in Euless is the Family Life Senior Center located at 300 W. Midway Drive. Midway Drive Adventure camp is packed full of fun activities ranging from sports, games, arts, crafts, and more. Adventure camp is for kids ages 7 to 12. All you have to do is bring lunch, two snacks, and a water bottle to camp every day. Camp runs June 1 through July 31, with no camp during the week of July 4. The Euless Family Life Center is proud to introduce an adventure camp program geared toward teens. Teens will transform from camper to future leader by working directly with camp staff, engaging with campers, and learning what Parks & Recreation is all about. The teen program is for ages 13 to 15. Summer Adventure Camp David Hofer Summer Camp Two Camp Dates: June 1-5 or June 8-129 a.m. to 1 p.m.1501 S. Pipeline Road The David Hofer Euless Police Summer Camp offers an exciting opportunity for local youth, ages of 10 to 12, to engage in a wide variety of activities while fostering a sense of camaraderie and positive connection with local law enforcement. Throughout the camp, campers will enjoy a range of outdoor activities, games, ice skating, and the Euless Family Life Aquatic Park. Monitor Your Water Usage Department Directors Announced Angela Jones, Library Director The City of Euless is excited to announce the promotion of Angela Jones to Library Director effective February 2026. Mrs. Jones, who had served as Interim Library Director since June 2025, previously held the position of Assistant Library Director since 2021. Her career with the City of Euless began in February 2012 as a Senior Librarian. Mrs. Jones holds a Master of Library Science from the University of North Texas, as well as a Bachelor of Business Administration from the University of Texas at Arlington. Scott Peterson, Fleet & Facility Director Reagan Rothenberger, Director of Planning & Economic Development The City of Euless is excited to announce the promotion of Scott Peterson to Fleet & Facility Director effective March 2026. Mr. Peterson joined the Euless Police Department in October 1993. Over his 32-year law enforcement career, he advanced through the ranks to Captain, most recently overseeing the design and construction of the City’s new Police & Municipal Court building. Mr. Peterson attended the University of Texas at Arlington and Tarrant County College, where he studied Architecture and Criminal Justice. Reagan Rothenberger joined the City of Euless in April 2026 for the position of Director of Planning & Economic Development. Mr. Rothenberger brings nearly a decade of municipal planning and economic development experience in North Texas. Most recently, he served as the Director of Community & Economic Development for the City of Murphy. Mr. Rothenberger holds a Master of Public Service and Administration from Texas A&M University’s Bush School of Government & Public Service and a Bachelor of Science from Dallas Baptist University.
