AN ORDINANCE AMENDING ORDINANCE NO. 33 IDENTIFIED AS
THE TEMPORARY COMPREHENSIVE ZONING ORDINANCE OF THE
CITY OF EULESS, TEXAS, PROVIDING FOR CHANGE OF DESIGNA-
TION IN CERTAIN AREA AND AMENDING ZONING MAP TO CONFORM
WITH SUCH AMENDMENT; AND PROVIDING FOR AN EFFECTIVE DATE.
WHER.AS, the zoning Commission of the City of Euless, after consideration
of application from the owner of real property hereinafter described, situated
within said City, and having held public hearing thereon, in which all interested
persons and owners of property in the vicinity of said realty were given ample
and sufficient opportunity to be heard in connection with said application have
recommended to the City Council a change in designation of said tract, and as
by law provided, publication of a notice of final hearing on said recommendation
to be held before the City Council was had by publishing the same in the News -
Texan, the official newspaper of the City, on the /��'day off uU�
1960, and after said public hearing being held in accordance Git said notice in
which all owners of property in the City of Euless, Texas, weregiven ample and
sufficient opportunit$ to be heard, the City Council deems it to be to the beat
interest of said City and its inhabitants that such recommendation be approved.
NOW TEERi:FORB, BE IT ORDAINED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF EULESS,
TEXAS:
I.
IT IS HEREBY ORDERED that the official district zoning of the City of
"uless, Texas, being a part of Ordinance No. 33, be amended to read as follows:
THAT the designation of a tract out of the A. M. Downing Survey in Tarrant
County, Texas, described by metes and bounds as followst
BEGINNING at a point in the North line of Pipe Line Road, said
beginning point being 964.0 feet to the West line of State Highway No. 157;
THENCE West 700.0 feet with the North line of Pipe Line Road to a point,
said point being the Southeast corner of the Crestview Addition in Tarrant
Couty, Texas;
THENCE North 1,458.6 feet to a point ir, the South line of State Highway Yo. 183;
THENCE North 67 deg. 1;, min. East 759.8 feet with the South line of State
Highway No. 133;
THENCE South 1,7:12.9 feet to the POINT OF BEGINNING; containing 25.3 ac es of
land, more or less;
now zoned "A" Single Family Dwelling, be zoned "C ", Commercial.

THIS ORDINANCE shall be in full force and effect fron and after its
passage as by law provided.
