AF ORDINANCE AMENDING ORDINANCE NO. 33 IDENTIFIED
AS THE TEMPORARY COMPREHENSIVE ZONING ORDINANCE
OF THE CITY OF EULESS TEXAS, PROVIDING FOR CHANGE
OF DESIGNATION IN CERTAIN AREA AND AMENDING ZONING
MAP TO CONFORM WITH SUCH AMENDMENT; AND PROVIDING
FOR AN FFFECTIVE DATE.
WHEREAS, the zoning Commission of tha City of Euless,
after consideration of application from t1 -'o owner of real
property hereinafter described, situated within said City, and
having held public hearing thereon, in which All interested
persons and owners of propsrt.r in the vicinity of said - -salty
were ' -ivon ample andsufficient oppo- tunity to be heard in
conr_etion with said application, have recommended to the City
Council a change in dosi;nFtion of said tract, and ^s by law
provided, publi- cation of a notice of final h( -wring on said
recommendation to be held before the City Council was had by
publishin- the same in the i,iews- Texan, the official newspaper
of the Cit;-, on the 1 -4th dais of July, 19601 and after said
public hen ^im_7 being 'geld in accordance with said notice in
which all owners of nropert7 in the Cit,T of Euless, Texas,
were given ample and sufficient op- o- tunit,�- to be heard, the
City Counc %1 roems it to be to the besi, interest of said City
and its inhabitants that such recommendation be approved.
NOW THE7EFORE, BE IT 0"DAINED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE
CITY OF n LESc, TEXAS:
I.
IT IS HEREBY ORDERED that the official district zoning of
the Cit? of Euless, Texas, bein a part of Ordinance No. 33,
be emended to read as follows:
THAT the disignation of a tract out of the A. M. Downing
Survey in Tarrant County, Texas, and being described by
metes and bounds as follows:
BEGINITING at a concrete monument in the West line of the
Arlington - Mansfield Road, said monument begin 2087 feet
N of and 50 feet W of the Southeast corner of the A. M.
Downing Su --vey, Abstract No. 415;
THENCE N. 56 de-. 50 min. Wo-t, 109.4 feet to a bois d}arc
stake in the easterly line of State Highway No. 183;
THENCF South 67 dear. 19 min. "Vest in the said Easterly
line of said Highway 943.1 feet to a bois diarc stake;
THENCE South 545.5 fret to a bois d'arc stake;
THENCE East 963 feet to a Bois dlare stake in the said
West line of Arlington- Grapevine road;
THENCE North in the said West line of said Arlington -
Grapevine road; 852.4 fo t to the PLACE OF BEGINNIT?G,
containing 16.5 acres of land;
now zoned "A" Single Fp-ilg Dwellin;, be zoned "C" Commercial.
II.
THIS ORDINANCE shall be in full force and effect from and
after its passage as b7T law provided.
