AN ORDINANCE AMENDING ORDINANCE NO. 33 IDENTIFIED AS THE
TEMPORARY COMPREHENSIVE ZONING ORDINANCE OF THE CITY OF
EULESS. TEXAS, PROVIDING FOR CHANGE OF DESIGNATION IN
CERTAIN AREA AND AMENDING ZONING MAP TO CONFORM WITH SUCH
AMENDMENT; AND PROVIDING FOR AN EFFECTIVE DATE.
WHEREAS, the zoning commission of the City of Euless, after
consideration of application from the owner of real property herein-
after described, situated within said City, and having held public
hearing thereon, in which all interested persons and owners of pro-
perty in the vicinity of said realty were given ample and sufficient
opportunity to be heard in connection with said application, have
recommended to the City Council a change in designation of said
tract, and as by law provided, publication of a notice of final hear-
ing on said recommendation to be held before the City Council was
had by publishing the same in the News - Texan, the official newspaper
of the City, on the 23rd. day of August, 1960, and after said public
hearing being held in accordance with said notice in which all owners
of property in the City of Euless, Texas, were given ample and
sufficient opportunity to be heard, the City Council deems it to be
to the best interest of said City and its inhabitants that such recomm-
endation be approved.
NOW, THEPEFORE, BE IT ORDAINED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE
CITY OF EULESS, TEXAS:
I.
IT IS HEREBY ORDERED that the official district zoning of the
City of Euless, Texas, being a part of Ordinance No. 33, be
amended to read as follows:
THAT the designation of a tract out of EULESS iARDENS ADDITION,
described as follows:
Lot Twenty -Four (24) in Block One (1), EULESS GA??DENS ADD-
ITION to the City of Euless, Tarrant County, Texas, accord-
ing to the plat thereof, recorded in the Deed Records of
Tarrant County, Texas:
now zoned "A" Single Family Dwelling, be zoned "B" Local Business.
II.
THIS ORDINANCE shall be in full fo ^ce and effect from and after
its passage as by law provided.
