be and is hereby amended to re-,d as follows:
1.
The main building to be used for dwelling purr,oses,
and all accessory buildings tt,ereto, he- eafter
erected in the City* of Euless, Texas, shall be
constructed of wood, brick, brick veneer o-- stucco,
or other suit ^ble building materials; provided
that such buildings s'�all be of double y✓al1_ con-
struction. Exterior walls shall have vertical
studs with not more than 24" centers and shall
have a minimum of 3 5/8" of dead air space,
double plates shall be used at top, windows and
doors. And that all exterior woodwork shall be
covered with two coats of r�aint; and provider
further that such buildings shall have concrete
slab foundation or concrete pier ��nd beam founda-
tion. Beams shall be at least 6" ;vide and not
less than 18" in depth for frame construction.
Beams shall b� at least 10" wide and not less
than 18" in depth for masonry construction.
T'I' ord'_nance shall be effective and in f,al'_ force
and effect uponador,tion and publication.
