AN ORDINANCE AMENDING ORDINANCE NO. 33 IDENTIFIED AS
THE TEMPORARY COMPREHENSIVE ZONING ORDINANCE OF THE
CITY OF EULESS, TEXAS, PROVIDING CHANGE OF DESIG-
NATION IN CERTAIN AREA AND AMENDING ZONING MAP TO CON-
FORM WITH SUCH AMENDMENT; AND PROVIDING FOR AN EFFEC-
TIVE DATE.
WHEREAS, the toning cam lesion of the City of Euless, after consideration
of application rrow the owner of real property hereinafter described, situated
within said City, and having held public hearing thereon, in which all interest-
ed persons and owners of property in the vicinity of said realty were given
ample and sufficient opportunity to be heard in connection with said applica-
tion, and have recommended to the City Council a change in designation of said
tract, and as by law provided, publication of a notice of final hearing on
said recommendation to be held before the City Council on the 1st day of Sep.
1960, ami after said public hearing being held in accordance with said notice
In which all owners of property in the City of Euless, Texas, ware given
ample and sufficient opportunity to be heard, the City Council deems it to be
to the best interest of said City and its Inhabitants that such recommendation
be approved.
NOW, THEREPOPE, IRS IT ORDAINED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CI3Y OF
SULKSS, TEXAS;

IT 15 HERESY ORDERED that the official district toning of time City of
Euless, Texas, being a part of Ordinance No. 33, be amended to read as follows-
THAT the designation of a tract out of the A.M. Downing Survey, Tarrant
County, Texas, and described as follows:
SBING 7.317 acres out of the "at easterly part of the Martin Estate out
of the A.M. rvwning Survey, Tarrant County, Tetras, and beinf more parti-
cularly described by notes and bounds as roliowas
SBGI WLW; at the Northwest corner of a tract of land conveyed to Charles
N. Applewhite by V.R. Fitch by dead dated 3- 31 -51, amt recorded in Val.
2295, Page 30, Deed Records of Tarrant County, Texts, ease tracts being
now owned by the R"oster" Hills Inn, Iocarporated;
TTM CE South 1 degree 04 min. East with the common line of Applewhite and
the Marti* Estate 735.09 feet to an iron red in the North R.O.W. of State
Highway 1831
THENCE South 66 deg. 39 min, treat with the North R.O.W. line of State
Highway 183, 432.31 feet to an iron pipe for corner;
THENCE North 1 dw*. 04 min. Kest 403.56 .feet to an iron pipe set in the
North line of the Martin Estate Tract;
THENCE Worth E9 deg. 35 min. Bast 400.00 feet to the PLACE Of WNENGY,
containing 7.317 acres of land, more or less;
now zoned "A" Single Family Dwelling, be zoned "C" Commercial.

date of its passage as by law provided.
