The Euless City Council met in called
session on June 30, 1959, for a public hearin Present were Mayor Pro -tern
Paul Horton, Councilmen J. S. Anderson, and Bgbby._ Fuller.

This public hearing is for the purpose of
hearing any citizen or interested party in connection with rezoning of the
following described property:
Lots 1 through 6 inclusive, Block 2;
Lots 1 through 3 inclusive, Block 3 - all.-in Euless Gardens Addition
to the City of Euless, Tarrant County, Texas.
This application by Xt Warren Fuller for
rezoning the above property from "A" Single Family Dwelling to "B" Commercial
designation, and the request of Nk Ross Cannon for a change in zoning
designation of the following described property:
Lot 6 of the revised Ross Cannon Addition to the
City of Euless, Tarrant County, Texas.
from "A" Single Family Dwelling to "B" Commercial. These applications for
rezoning haveing been previously approved by the City Planning and Zoning
Commission.
No citizen or interested party appeared
before the City Council in connection with this matter.
A motion was made by Councilman Anderson,
and seconded by Councilman Fuller, to approve these two requests for rezoning
changes of this property. All Councilmen present voted in favor of this motion.
The meeting adjourned at 9:30 p.m.
