AN ORDINANCE AMENDING THE LAST PARAGRAPH OF SECTION 3 OF
ORDINANCE NO. 33 AND PROVIDING FOR AN EFFECTIVE DATE
BE IT 0RDAINFD BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF EULESS, TEXAS
THAT the first para -Iraph of 'Section 8 of Ordinance No. 33 be
and is hereby amended to ^ead as follows:
1.
uo dwellin shall be constructed in said Fin - le Family
Dwelling District less than 925 square feet of floor
space, exclusive of porches, breezewa7s and :Tara -es.
2.
TRI° ordinance shall be effective and in full force and effect
