AN ORDINANCE AMENDING CHAPTER 30, "FEES ",
SECTION 30 -27, RECREATION AREAS OR
FACILITIES ", SUBSECTION (i) (17) OF THE EULESS
CODE OF ORDINANCES; PROVIDING A SAVING
CLAUSE; PROVIDING A SEVERABILITY CLAUSE;
AND PROVIDING AN EFFECTIVE DATE
NOW THEREFORE, BE IT ORDAINED SY THE CITY COUNCIL, CITY OF
EULESS,TEXAS:
SECTION 1
That Chapter 30, "Fees ", Section 30 -27, 'Recreation Areas or Facility ", Subsection
(i) (17) be amended to read in its entirety as follows:
Section 30 -27. Recreation areas or facilities.
(i) Golf course green fees:
(17) Cart rentals at all times, per person
Resident (Non- Prime) $15.66
(Prime) $15.66
(Jr. /Sr.) $14.34
(Twilight non - prime) $14.56
(Twilight prime) $15.03
Non - Resident (Non- Prime) $15.66

for all classes $12.00
Definitions. For the purpose of green fees the following definitions
shall apply:
Resident. A person having a residential Euless mailing address or
who owns a business in Euless.
Senior. A person 60 years of age or older at time of play.
Junior. A person 17 years of age or under at the time of play.
Prime. Friday, Saturday, Sunday, and holidays.
Non- prime. Monday through Thursday, excluding holidays
SAVING CLAUSE. That applicable chapters of the Code of Ordinances, City of
Euless, Texas, as amended, shall remain in full force and effect, save and except
as amended by this ordinance.
SEVER„F.FBILITY CLF-AWSE. That it is hereby declared to be d'�-Ie intention of the City
Council that the sections, paragraphs, sentences, clauses and phrases of this
ordinance are severable, and if any phrase, clause, sentence, paragraph or section
of this ordinance shall be declared invalid or unconstitutional by the valid judgment
or decree of any court of competent jurisdiction, such invalidity or unconstitutionality
shall not affect any of the remaining phrases, clauses, sentences, paragraphs and
sections of this ordinance, since the same would have been enacted by the City
Council without the incorporation in this ordinance of any such invalid or
unconstitutional phrase, clause, sentence, paragraph or section.
EFFECTIVE DATE. This ordinance shall be in full force and effect from and after
its passage and publication as provided by the Euless City Charter and the laws of
the State of Texas.
PRESENTED AND APPROVED ON THE FIRST AND FINAL READING on the
11th day of April, 2000, at a regular meeting of the City Council of the City of
Euless, Texas, by a vote of 7 ayes, 0 nays and 0 abstentions.
